It is customary when property prices and sales are booming, for new Estate Agencies to spring up like mushrooms in a horse paddock.
As pretty well everyone knows, back in 2012 was not one of those boom times. In fact the general consensus among Real Estate Agents when they are talking honestly among themselves, rather than giving ra-ra interviews to the papers, is that the then property slump was very much a reality and at the time for the foreseeable future.
